Wall base & trim should be considered when replacing your floor.

95% of the time, wall base must always be removed before installing a new wood, laminate and tile floor. Though possible, it is difficult to salvage the wall base during removal. Alternative materials are available when replacing your wallbase & trim, from real wood, mdf material, vinyl and even plastics are molded into trimming for walls and transitions.
